Instructions
First peel and then slice the cucumber. Now put the cucumber onto a plate and sprinkle with salt, then leave to stand for a while. Meanwhile finely chop the parsley.
After this lift the cucumber on to a serving dish. Then add the salad dressing and mix. Lastly sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
