Cucumber Sarndwiches

Thinly sliced bread
Cucumber
Butter (at room temperature it makes it easier to spread)
Salt if desired
Instructions
First cut the crusts off the slices of bread; then butter the bread.
Now peel the cucumber, and then slice it very thinly.
Next, arrange the cucumber on one slice of buttered bread and then
lightly salt if desired. Now top with another slice of buttered
bread; then cut the sandwich into four neat triangles.
