2½ crushed cloves of garlic
4 scallions (green onions)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Begin by finely chopping the scallions including the green part
– this will add color. Then put the cream cheese the crushed
garlic and the chopped scallion into a bowl.
Now just mash all the ingredients together until completely mixed,
and then season with salt and pepper to taste.
