Step 6 - Now while firmly holding the rosebud in one hand, so that it doesn't unravel, look for a gap at the base of the bud.
Step 7 - Then with your other hand carefully push a flower stem into the gap as far as it will go.
Step 8 - Tape the base of the sock rose securely to the flower stem – start a little way up from the base of the sock rose, and overlap the tape as you spiral down the stem a short distance.
Step 9 - Tape until the rose holds firmly in place.
Step 10 - Tweak your sock rose to make it look just as you would like.
